1. Prayer- Must be organized and visible
2. Leadership Development- Always use some type of training and always use a screening process
3. Image Driven- Set the mood of your church and service
4. Lay Ministry Empowerment- Recruit, Train, Release
5. Outreach (Missions and Evangelism)- Use Visible and Appealing community missions programs
6. Small Group Ministry- Churches must incorporate friendship, accountability, flexibility, long term relationships
7. Stewardship- Keep it simple and positive. Create extra income streams and apply for grants.
8. Worship- This must be modeled by the leadership and must always be a high priority in the service.
9. Assimilation- You must have an organized way of collecting information and an effective follow up program. I recommend ACS Software.
10. Vision- Keep it alive! Try vision campaigns, banquets, and statements
